Lack of communication in reference to why my vehicle was being held. Just your car isn't ready not why. I did to experience a flag ship at your location. I will think twice before having my vehicle serviced at your location.
Not a real big thing but the oil indicator was not reset so had to figure it out.

Customer service was better in past years. I’ve had problems in the service department getting someone to answer the phone. This has happened on numerous occasions. Husbands GV80 was scratched during servicing and is now in the paint shop. A simple servicing with valet on my car took over 24 hours. Disappointed overall. Can do much better!

Information given to me on several different occasions about the repair for my car was incorrect. The worst of it was finding out the $3000 repair was going to be another $900 after waiting almost two months for the parts to arrive.
The service team is great.
However, Genesis needs to come thru with better quality on their cars.
I have had the back mat replaced 4 times now. That is not what i expected in a luxury brand..
