On the service record, it stated that vehicle would be ready by 7p the same day. I didn't receive my vehicle till 3p 2 days later.
I am completely satisfied with the ease of it all. No hassle, no line, minimal wait. The best part of it all was when I picked up my vehicle and she was walked and gleaming! It’s the little things that do it for me. Thank you, Myra sand thank you, Genisis.

I was completely satisfied with the level of service and professionalism I received from Genesis of Corona—very impressive. It was quite refreshing not having to interrupt my day(s) dropping the car off, sitting and waiting for hours and/or dropping the vehicle off and having to go back to pick it up. I never received this level of service during the entire 30+ years I drove a Mercedes.

Thank you for the outstanding service. Everyone was very courteous and professional.
Communication was not good. I received a text message when they picked up my car. The text message said to respond with any questions.. they picked up the car on Wednesday and I didn’t hear from them all day Thursday. I text them back and never got a response. I called Friday and was able to contact the service manager (I was told my service advisor was off). They brought the car back about 11:00 Friday.
Waited 5 hours. Too long for work done. Hire more techs!
Simple maintenance/service should have been able to return my vehicle back to me the same day after picking up my vehicle @ 9:45AM

I received a loaner car with fuel light on. My emails are slow to be responded to and not answering my questions fully. I asked if the air in ny new tires (which have regular air) be replaced with nitrogen. I was told yes but it didn’t happen. Then later I was told they don’t do that. The positive is I got a gift card for the mix up so they did try to make it right. But after owning porsche. Mercedes, bmw. Lexus etc I feel like Genesis still doesn’t feel like a high end luxury brand the way they deal with customers
