I asked for them to check my key fob and battery as it’s not working half the time and I have to use my app to unlock the car. They didn’t change the battery or fix the fob

For the record, Melissa was absolutely great! My only disappointment was in not receiving my vehicle back on the Monday afternoon and sadly the scheduled return on Tuesday slipped a bit out of the 10:00 A.M. - noon window - that’s not at all on Melissa. My vehicle looks great and appears to have been thoroughly serviced! Thanks to everyone involved!

1) I expect a detailled invoice,listing the work done, incl. old parts replaced. All i received is a page of paper with a lumpsum amount. No details. 2) None of the work i asked for specifically was done. None! Bo How can I trust your company when not even the work i demanded (and can control) is done? This raises automatically the question:was all the service work done i paid for? Also, the quality of interaction with your staff is not consistent with the Genesis 'promise' and high-end posifjkning. All in all, a very frustrating and desapointing experience. The service experience defines the brand value. Take away: the Genesis ezperience, service and car, is not worth the money.
