I was surprised that I couldn’t get a loaner for a recall repair when all of my other service is covered by valet service. I had to call Genesis to get reimbursed for the Ubers, but that seems like something the dealership should work out with them upfront.

Savanna was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. The issue was that I requested a loaner at the time of scheduling but the day of service I was told no loaner was available. I made the best of it but honestly it was inconvenient for sure.
Bryan could not have been more courteous, friendly, professional and helpful.He took the time to answer questions I had about my new Genesis GV70. I brought a friend with me and we enjoyed the complementary coffee and hot chocolate. The whole experience of just having the oil changed was great. The free car wash and vacuum was much appreciated-my car looked like new! Thank you to all who took care of my car. I love my Genesis!
He followed up and identified few more items needing attention and it was also fixed that day which saves time with extra wait time. All in all I am satisfied and appreciates the effort. Thank you
