This has been the worse experience I’ve had since owning a car. I’m being told I was sold a standard car warranty which means my problem couldn’t be resolved unless I pay out of pocket or go to someone else other than Genesis service. I’ve tried to get help but no one seem to want to deal with it. This is terrible. All because I got a crack in my windshield. I feel mislead and confused about it all. I will be escalating this to corporate Because this is not something I created. I just don’t understand how this could have happened. I feel manipulated and hate I ever bought a Genesis at this point. I hope the survey is true that someone will be contacting me because I don’t trust anyone there at the Genesis office at this point. I have documented everything

Myra was great but my car was returned with a scratch on the right side rear door and the fuel take had 77 miles left in it. That's not how it left my home.
