Can you please revamp your procedure when dropping off a loaner. You should have everything on file with the CDL and insurance. Also you had my car 6 days and it came back without being charged. This causes me delays once it comes back. It would be nice if I had at least 80% when delivered back home.
Daniel was very helpful! I will ask for him when I need service. Your dealership seems understaffed. Not easy to get someone on the phone either! Your physical space is amazing. I wish you well as you grow into providing an excellent service experience for the brand you represent!

I had mentioned several items of concern when my car was picked up and doesn’t seem that the issues were addressed.

On the service record, it stated that vehicle would be ready by 7p the same day. I didn't receive my vehicle till 3p 2 days later.

I was completely satisfied with the level of service and professionalism I received from Genesis of Corona—very impressive. It was quite refreshing not having to interrupt my day(s) dropping the car off, sitting and waiting for hours and/or dropping the vehicle off and having to go back to pick it up. I never received this level of service during the entire 30+ years I drove a Mercedes.
