I know for a fact that my tires were not rotated, their pressures were not checked, so now I’m wondering if my oil was truly changed and my vehicle inspected.

I was informed that the issue with the vehicle fulling to the right was due to the wrong tire being place on the vehicle. That tire was purchased and put on with Genesis of Corona over a year ago. I have complained of this issue in the past but it ended without a solution. So, why was I sold the wrong tire and why was the wrong tire mounted to the vehicle. The may have lead to other issues or could lead to other issues in the future. This imbalance will lead to improper wear of all tires and steering issues as well as other problems. This is a bad situation and I am perplexed.

OSCAR was very kind, attentive, and helpful. Why you had the car five days before you found out that my tire warranty was not going to cover a replacement, I do not know. Other than that, I think your new dealership is beautiful. And again, OSCAR was very kind And helpful. You should know more about the tire warranty that is purchased by your customers. You shouldn’t need me to tell you how to do it. Or how to use it. Because I bought it at another dealership. Six or eight months ago when I needed a new tire again with this warranty, no one knew what to do at Corona. Sales and service need to jive a little bit better. Just my opinion.

The service department forgot to call me when my car was ready. Rachel was wonderful checking me in. She was OOO the next day and no one called, that was a bit annoying. Other than that everything was great.

My first experience with the service department was not the service I was promised. The valet service was inconvenient, the pickup was an hour late and the delivery would have been an hour late so I decided to go to the service department myself. I see they still charged me the full price.
Also i know about one your employees deleting people's emails with genesis if they upset them, nice people you're hiring.
