My only wish is the Genesis Service facility was closer to Temecula, CA.
I am disabled that is why I bought a GV80. So it doesn't help me when you give me a G70 loner.

Car came back not charged. I specifically asked for it to be charged was at 30% when I received it. They worked on the battery so I’m wondering how do they know the battery was charging correctly if it wasn’t charged to capacity? Also found a Burger King receipt in the crevice between the driver seat so it’s apparent someone was driving my car somewhere else besides to the dealership. Unacceptable. Will be using Genesis of Ontario in the future. Disappointed to say the least after keeping my car for 4 days.

The wait was too long. It took two hours to diagnose the problem with my engine light. Then I had to wait another 1.25 hours.
All aspects of the services provided were excellent; from making appointment, to timing, to pickup & drop off. Thank you for such a great team!
I did not request engine oil change and tire rotation. Even though I did not request the services, they were done. But the expenses were not charged to me, possibly to Genesis firm. However, I was not ccomfortable.
Anthony was very nice & friendly & welcoming. He made me feel at ease and explained everything clearly that was going to be done to my vehicle. He is a great addition to the Genesis corporation.

Your service team was great! The wait time is not great. I waited 4 hours for my vehicle to be ready just doing an oil change and tire rotation. I know they are overloaded with vehicles as of lately.
I do have valet service, which I will use next time.
