Poor overall customer service. Poor communication. Mechanics have an overall disregard for care of customer vehicles. Numerous times I have received the vehicle back and had greasy mechanic glove prints on seats / upholstery. Service writers explanation on charges / services on my invoice as just being boiler plate from management is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Have corporate management contact me directly and I will advise.

For the second time, my car went in for service (I’ve only owned it since send of December), and work was not completed. I made clear the car never had the 3mm protection guard tape installed. I also noted my trunk lining had failed. Car was returned with neither issue remediated. After complaining, I was told the new car lining had been ordered. Why didn’t the service department explain that to me before the car was returned? Why wasn’t 3m tape applied?

Checking out was painfully long. It shouldn’t take 17 minutes to check out. Just swipe my card print my docs and sign. This is the longest process ever. Even checking in was painfully long.
We actually ended up purchasing a new vehicle as a result of our visit on Saturday, July 28, 2024 and traded in our 2018 Genesis G80 for a 2024 model.

I was satisfied with the service. Calling in I got disconnected and I had some experience with my prior service. The check-in Process was time consuming. As well as when I picked up the car. When checking in the service writers shouldn’t have to type in much information. Most of it is in the system knowing necessary information is the mileage on the car and if there’s any unusual request. Also, upon checking out should be able to just go to the cashier to pick up the keys of the car without having to talk to the service manager.
The worst service ever. Out of the four weeks you had my car for lane assist button. You didn’t even fix it! You claimed you had the technician follow the line from the button to the end and you know that wasn’t done. You just took it off of what the computer said was wrong, I’ll be calling corporate on Monday to file a claim.
I appreciate Genesis of Corona contacting me about my recall. The timing was great seeing that my car was starting to be impacted with charging issues. It charged last night to completion which it had stopped doing recently. Hopefully the recall is a long term fix for the problem. Thanks again.
Rachel didn't appear to be present with her attempt at service delivery. Her persona lacked basic attentiveness along with concern and needs to be remedied. She was very brash and curt when I asked questions. This made me feel as though I was disturbing her.
