Daniel did wonderful job, he is the best person I have met in car dealership.
I had an appointment for a safety recall. I found out later in the afternoon that the part for the recall was not available. There was no communication about the part, not being available. I waited at the dealership for six hours until I asked about the status of my vehicle. I am not satisfied with this experience at this dealership at all. This was my first and last time.

I was able to receive service the same day that I called to make an appointment. The loaner car was beautiful!! I appreciated that they put my front license plate on for me!!
I really like and trust Daniel. This was my second time working with him. Each time I left with knowledge about my car.
My main issue of engine stalling was not solved. I believe this is li led back to the service earlier this year. This should be u see warranty if that service.
The wait for simple oil change and tire rotation was a bit long. 2 almost 3 hours waiting time. The first time i spent 5 almost 6 hours for a full maintenance.
