Completely satisfied with my new service advisor I made an appointment with a service rep but he was busy for over 30 min this is when Anthony B approached me and took excellent care of my car needs this was my first time ther visiting this facility

Oscar did an outstanding job of addressing my issues. I was unable to access my trunk, which contained my golf clubs that I needed for a golf tournament I was going to be in over the weekend. After assessing the issue and advising me of the issue, which necessitated ordering a new trump motor, he instructed me on how to open the trunk manually. He advised me that the motor had been ordered, was under warranty and would be in early the following week. Throughout the process he was professional, friendly and, most importantly, was focused on taking care of me as a client of the dealership. I intend to request that Oscar serve as my service advisor on all future visits to the Seevice Department. He is truly a great representation of what your company should strive for when selecting individuals that interface with your front line Genesis owners. GREAT JOB OSCAR!!

They accidentally took my car to drop it off to someone else and I had to wait for an hour and a half. For them to return with it. I was promised a gift card and wasn’t given one. I called after I left the dealership when I realized I didn’t have it and left Dan, I believe his name was, a message and never heard back from anyone.

I had an appointment and i still had to wait 30 minutes. What should have been simple and fast. And then had to wait another 30 minutes for the loaner car. And when I asked the guy why is it taking so long i had an appointment his manager came over and me asked me to stop yelling at him, which i was not , we own our business I was shocked when he said that so i know customer service and that wasn’t it. He said be mad at him not the worker. Blame him he said. My company will never go back there to service out company cars. And the loaner was supposed to be same suv i dropped off and instead i got tiny sedan car. When I questioned about wanting a suv the guy they didn’t have anymore that was there last one . By this time i was frustrated and just wanted to leave so I unwillingly took it. Never have experienced something like this have had 9 cars from different brands. Worse customer service. Our company will not doing business there. And will not buy any future cars from them. My wife was so upset.
The lady who works next to Rachael was always so welcoming. She was the one that got up and came out of her office to greet me each time I came in. I thought you should know. Thank you.
