One of the reasons my car was in for service today was because of the moaning in the steering column. I was told that it is a normal noise with the steering system in my car. My concern is it doesn’t make the noise all the time so I will be patient and if the noise gets worse, I’ll definitely call. The second issue was with my phone getting feedback when I’m talking to other people it makes an echo sound. It is better if my phone is Bluetooth to the car when I speak to others, there’s not an echo sound. However, if it’s plugged in with a USB cord, the echo is still there. I’ll buy another USB cord and see if that’s the problem. Otherwise, the service has been outstanding.

Daniel did an outstanding job of keeping me informed on the progress of the repairs on my G80. In addition to the needed repairs I also had my car serviced and Daniel took the time to explain the items covered under this expanded service.
