Service rep Daniel and Driver Michael provided me with Outstanding customer service, however service rep Rachel missed the mark by a long shot. From the moment I arrived at the dealership, she didn’t seem interested in listening to my concerns or providing solutions, instead focusing on what services were NOT covered under warranty. This is very unfortunate as it ruined my overall service experience and I cannot in good faith recommend Genesis of Corona to other Genesis owners.

Very disappointed was promised free oil change and it turns out the I bought a used car so I didn’t qualify and nail in my tire and you wanted over 400.00 to change it please do not contact me.

My one service request was to check the left side camera which was frequently inoperative. Reviewing the invoice, it appears the focus was on the rear camera(which has no issues), versus the left camera.

I have brought my Genesis in for the tire sensor a few times and as I know it is hit and miss when it happens , I also know it is happening as well as the sensor slowing me down while on the highway when nothing is close to the vehicle. It was under warranty when I brought it in the first few times . I really wish it had been taken care of .
