Very incompetent service department. Technician did not put back the cooling system correctly which affected battery system. When I picked up the car, they said everything was good. Critical battery management system error popped up after going to level 3 charger. They made me waste 4 hours, which could have been avoided if they thoroughly double check and tested the vehicle. Now I have to drive all night (500 miles) and drive at 1am instead of 9pm. Worst service department ever!

Your estimated timeframe needs to be explained upfront. We arrived at 10 am and told the service would be completed at 12:30, but actually completed at 2:30.
