I was called on Wednesday by Rachel to schedule a complimentary service when I arrived today Rachel said that I would have to pay for the service which she told me the day before that it was complimentary

During my recent interaction with Rachelle regarding the confirmation of an open recall on my vehicle, I sensed a tone of irritation in her response. She indicated, "You wouldn't have received a call from us if there wasn't an open recall." A straightforward acknowledgment such as, "Yes, Mr. Elliott, there is an open recall," would have sufficed and facilitated a more productive conversation.

After dealing with Genesis Corona, I finally understood the luxury service Genesis brags about and what they sold me on. I’ve been frustrated with my service in the past with my main dealership and finish every call annoyed. Genesis Corona has reset my faith in Genesis and I’m thankful for the service they provided.
There was a breakdown in communication. Need to keep me updated when schedule changes.

I had the pleasure of working with Daniel G. and his team at the Genesis of Corona location, and I was thoroughly impressed with their exceptional customer service. Everyone was incredibly courteous and professional. I am consistently satisfied with the service provided by this wonderful team.
My vehicle could not be returned on the initial service day. That was fine as I had a loaner. I was notified on the initial service day that my vehicle would be returned either in the morning or afternoon. I had a commitment in the late morning so I asked for the afternoon but it had to be back by 4:30 because of a commitment at 5. I hear nothing from you folks by 2 so I call. What I got was “well I will check with the scheduler to see if We ca get it in line”. That means it was not going to get here by 4:30. Your service advisors are in a tough position BUT they need to pay attention to the details i.e. btw 4:30.
OSCAR IS A GREAT COMMUNICATOR. HE KEPT ME INFORMED THROUGH OUT MY SERVICE .
