When vehicle brought in for service was informed our service agreement had expired. First time hearing this news. Asked if there were any available discounts and was told only $10 off. Same day received service offer in mail for $89 oil change which was considerably land bigger discount than $10. Are the service advisor not aware of all promotions

The coolant leak was resolved BUT I still not like the grinding sound in the steering wheel. The sound was my initial problem , Genesis received a note of attention and service knew of this. The problem was not corrected.
I have only problems with this car and can not recommend it .

I would have said that I was satisfied, however, three days after having the car in for a check engine light, the check engine light appeared again. The day the car was serviced we elected to stay and wait for the service to be completed, which was several hours. The dealership is not close to my home and does cause an imposition to take the car there. Now that I need to take a car back a second time for the same issue, I am very displeased.
He is the perfect person to work in the service department. Great guy!
