Jonathan Hasshaw was literally the best service agent I have ever worked with in my 28 years of owning a car. 10 of them with a Genesis. He was communicative, knowledgeable, kind, respectful, pleasant, understanding, accommodating, helpful and acted like he truly enjoyed his work and exudes confidence in his position. It has made me change loyalty from Genesis in Irvine and, living in Newport Beach, I HATE the 91 freeway, avoiding it at all costs. There’s literally not enough words to commend his service and is a true asset to the Genesis of Corona team. Whatever raise, promotion or accolades could be given - I’m betting it isn’t enough. Just please let him be my advisor still when you make him GM of the place!

Not sure though why everything that was preset on my “computer” is ALL totally erased included my phone hook up, considering it was only a tire rotation and oil change. I can’t redo everything. Will that happen everytime it’s serviced. Us old folks aren’t computer savy
