The only feedback I can provide is we felt like we had to follow up versus being followed up with. If we didn’t reach out, we didn’t get an update on our vehicle. Otherwise, the team was very kind and honest when we were trying to figure out the issue with our vehicle.

The brakes squeak when we back up... this has happened since we bought the car but the service technicians can't recreate it. I have a video of the noise, where can I send it?

As discussed with my service advisor, I was originally charged for a tire rotation which I was not requested, and was obviously not performed. After bringing this up to the service advisor, I was told the manager with authorize a refund of the charges however, no explanation was given to me why I was charged For the tire rotation when it was not done.
