I made an appointment on the my Genesis app and received a reply and confirmation text . However when I arrived for my 11am. appointment Rachel was unable to find my appointment in your system, so wrote my service order as no appointment order. If your system cannot work with the my Genesis app then I would recommend you not allow appointments to be scheduled by the app

I was disappointed with the fact that we purchased an expensive extended warranty on our vehicle only to find out our issue with our steering wheel wrap is not covered. The car is less than 3 years old and the material wrapping the steering wheel is not covered for repairs. It has badly discolored and worn. One of the biggest reasons for us purchasing the coverage was because the interior color of the vehicle is white. We are being told that your dealership (which is where we purchased the car mind you) will not cover the repairs and our only option is to replace the entire steering wheel for over $1000. I will be reviewing our coverage more extensively and plan on reaching out to your Service Management soon.
