Oscar was very efficient with getting our vehicle in for service at the proper time, explained the work that was performed, and talked about future needs that will need to be done. He also took it upon himself to clarify our maintenance contracts we have paid for with your dealership so we receive the timely service needs. Expressed concern why a service visit was wasted when mileage showed it wasn’t needed, but as we explained we were called and told we needed it. So one of our maintenance service was wasted. Always very friendly and showed care over our GV80.
I appreciated being informed about the progress of the repairs. I also appreciated the use of a loaner car while my car was being serviced and for the convenience of having my car picked up and dropped off . I have always had great service and am really happy with my G80.
