My 2023 Genesis, less than 1600 miles, appears to have been left in the sun for about a month, with no protection to the paint. It was transferred to a shop that will repair the vehicle, which you can hardly tell the color of the car, because is so dirty, with bird droppings. It is hard to believe that over $3,000 was paid for storage, and the car was not placed in a garage. Other things went south as well. I believe we paid about $60k (including many extra warranties), but now we are told that one of the warranties is void now, even though there are 8 years left on it. Definitely not a fan of Genesis of Corona, at this time. Thank you for honoring the service coupon.

Oscar Cardenas is awesome a great help I took my g70 in with a transmission problem he checked me in got me a loaner car and out in less than 30 minutes. He would call me and give me updated information about what they found and had it fixed right away this is the only dealership I will go to the shop lobby is fancy and everyone treats you like a high roller even though I’m covered in tattoos from neck down I don’t get treated any different thank you Oscar and everyone in the shop lobby
