Everything was done nicely and as fast as they could (I was late for an appointment, and had a flat tire!). The bitter taste in my mouth was a $13.06 charge or a "Pay Share". I want to know why this cost of doing business is passed on to the customer with no explanation. If I had known I could paid alternatively. It was not disclosed, I was conitnually given blank screens to sign. I would liek a credit of $13.06. You made plently margin on my $400 tire.

Jonathon was quick to reply, your staff was right on time picking up and delivering my car. The offer of a complimentary Starbucks was a nice touch! Good to know a company understands what service means and goes above and beyond. I will praise Genisis to anyone who will listen! Good job????

In general, everything was fine. My only complaint was my steering wheel was filthy. I had to clean it off. It was so grungy. Mechanics to keep an eye out for
