My only issue was the loner car was completely out of gas when I drove away from the service dept.

My sensor and window is the reason took my car to dealership as it was not working. The day I took it to the dealership it works. Today, it is not working. I plan to take it back soon.
My car arrived back scratched with mini buffing scratches all over the car with 2 larger straight up scratches. All this was noted at the time of drop off. Jonathan was supposed to call me back after our initial conversation. He said he wanted to review the previous images. (Understandable. I still haven’t heard from him, but I still continue to receive text messages asking about the service. I have text back indicating that I’d like to know the status of the issue- They still haven’t gotten back to me
I was somewhat amenable to hearing what your resolution might be- but now I wonder if I need to escalate this he matter?

Car got returned with grease on the hood from the technician, oil overfilled from the oil change and the carpets dirty with leaves .
Oscar did a phenomenal job explaining everything and was super helpful i look forward to dealing more with Oscar every time I need a service provided.
Great service always. Minor set back this time where was car settings were not put back. Upsetting but over it. Everything else outstanding service as always. I am sure it will be fine next time. Stay a big fan of your dealership!
