Jonathan showed concern and attention to detail that I've rarely seen when bringing my car to be serviced. I appreciated his extra effort to ensure that me and my family were serin m driving under the safest conditions possible! Although his efforts fell short of the desired results, I appreciate him trying to get my damaged tire on my car, replaced.
service waiting area nice, need to get door to area a stopper or have reps who constantly going in and out to hold. snacks and refreshments good. wsit time a little lengthy oscar was professional and courteous

While I greatly appreciated the valet pick-up, my car was returned to me with 30% charge which left me without enough charge to get to my next destination. It would have been easy to charge the car at the dealership as a courtesy so that I got it back with similar charge as I had it.

Oscar is truly one of the better parts of Corona genesis. He took the time to listen to my concerns get the best possible understanding and then relay that information to the technician. Came back with comforting answers doing his best to assure me that my vehicle is in proper working order.
When the driver returned the car, the car was not charged, their paper identification numbers were left in the car, driver didn’t sign out of guest mode and I thought all the radio and seat settings were erased, and return driver took a toll road and I was charged for it. I requested with the pick up driver they not take a toll. He said they’ll tell the return driver sounds like that didn’t happen.
The service manager Rachel was friendly and helpful though.
