I got an email today that I missed my service appointment, but I went in last week. Also, after my service, maintenance light was not reset, so we had to go back.
My feedback is about the overall experience and not a reflection specifically around Jonathan’s service. I brought my vehicle in for an AC issue (not blowing cold air) about 2 months prior and was informed that I had no leak but needed freon. Everything seemed fine after that point until recently when I once again had no cold air blowing. I brought the vehicle back and indicated this was a continued issue from the prior service appt. After the vehicle was inspected, I was informed that there must be a leak (since I was low on freon again) but they couldn’t identify it. It was suggested that I could replace the o rings to see if that addressed the issue. I indicated that I didn’t want to proceed with service if it was simply a guess at that point. I was there to fix my vehicle and happy to pay for any service determined to be necessary but had no interest spending money if it were a guessing game at that point. The service team indicated they weren’t going to further investigate the issue and I was asked to bring back my loaner vehicle and pay the $300 fee for the diagnosis. I’ll add that my vehicle was unwashed and dirtier when I picked it up than when I had dropped it off. The vehicle has always been washed during prior service appointments, so I’m unclear on what changed in the process.
As a customer who has purchased two vehicles from Genesis, I’m extremely disappointed in this experience. It’s not about the money as $300 isn’t going to make a difference. It’s more about principle. I was told there was no leak two months earlier but a leak was clearly present. My vehicle is 6 years old and I’ll be in the market for another vehicle in the near future. Unfortunately, my feelings towards Genesis have soured during this experience and I’ll be looking elsewhere.

Johnathan was great. My complaint would be with the technician that performed my service. I noticed after I got home that my tires weren’t rotated, my driver side rear tire is a different brand, and if it had been rotated it would have been passenger rear now. Given that the rotation wasn’t performed it makes me doubt if the services I payed for were properly performed

We spent almost 3hours for an oil change and tire rotation. It was so long my wife didn't even want the car wash. Rachel was nice and very professional.
I just got home and checked out my car. No one has taken my car out. My passenger side door has been chipped as though it was opened against something in two areas. The rest of my car is fine but my passenger door is chipped on the door frame. I’d like someone to contact me regarding this.

Everyone i delt with at Corona Genesis was very nice, I'm not filing a complaint but you asked so this was my experience. Car picked up on Tuesday afternoon, next day I called about 3 something to ask when Car will be returned, said not today and they would call in am. Next day. I called at 1ish and they said they were just going to call me. The car was pretty clean when I dropped it off so I guess that's why it wasn't washed (there were palm prints on the hood). Communication could have been better during this service.Again, I want to state everyone I talked with was very nice. I wasn't expecting you would have my car for 2days

Everyone was courteous and professional
Rachel was absolutely dynamite. We have been very unsatisfied with aspects of the car and she explained things to us and helped out tremendously.
I strived for my appt at 10:27, appt was at 10:30 with Oscar. I walked in and went up to the counter to let them know I had an appt with Oscar for service appt. The CSR asked several times if Oscar was my advisor, I repeated that yes I have the appt with him. He told me to have a seat and wait. I waited in the lobby until 10:50, in which I went back to the counter and Rachel was there and asked if she can help me. I told her I had an appt with Oscar & she told me he wasn’t in today as it’s his day off?! She told me she’d help me after she was finished with another customer. If I hadn’t gone back to the customer service counter, no one would have helped me and I would have sat waiting! The communication and attention to customers were very minimal at most. I received several text messages confirming my appointment with Oscar. Unfortunately, this is the closet genesis dealership that is close to me. Very disappointed with service today.
