Everything was fine. I did send in 2 keys because one needed the battery replaced and it was returned with 1 key. The service team will be mailing me the other key so no biggie. All and all great service. Thank you!
The rep was nice but the manager not lettibg me use my coupon because I forgot to mention at the beginning is not ok. They should have allowed me to use regardless.
