Jonathan was amazing, I truly appreciate all of his help & kindness! 10/10 service. The other service agents/customer reps need better training on kindness and how to talk to ppl. If I didn’t have a great experience with Jonathan, I probably wouldn’t come here anymore due to past experiences here with rude staff. I’m thankful I got support through Jonathan. So thank you again! Everything was fine. I did send in 2 keys because one needed the battery replaced and it was returned with 1 key. The service team will be mailing me the other key so no biggie. All and all great service. Thank you!

The rep was nice but the manager not lettibg me use my coupon because I forgot to mention at the beginning is not ok. They should have allowed me to use regardless.
