Everything went smoothly. I was given options of things to have done, but not pressured into that. I went to have my oil changed, and everything was just as promised. I was giving a loaner car which helped for me to get my errands done at the same time as my oil was being changed. Very convenient.

Service advisor was completely unaware of how to properly address a manufacturer warranty repair. Service tech told advisor that the issue was "rodent damage" when in fact it was collision damage. BOTH the tech & advisor should have realized this upon inspection
