Excellent customer service
My car had been there for about a month. When the car was returned, there were several new chips on the trim. I reached out as soon as I received it. Jonathan said he talked with him managers and they will 100% cover it. On top of that, my engine cover was missing and we didn’t know until I was getting my oil changed. We brought the car in and they said that it was their service person and that he was actually fired for doing stuff like that. So they had it in their possession and would install it. Then as I was driving back to Nevada for work, I hear dragging noises because the panel was not installed correctly. I called the service manager and Mayra said that she watched them screw each screw herself. Due to the awful dragging sound, she said to take it to a Genesis in Nevada to see if they can so something. That Genesis said that there are no screws but fasteners so there’s no way she would have seen them screw it in. They cut off the panel and said to take it back to have them fix it. Jonathan then texted me stating that they are not going to cover it 100% but 60% when it was their doing. They even went as far as to state that it’s just cosmetic and since I had a loaner car during the time so that should be more than enough for them not correcting the chips that they caused. How is that appropriate since they damaged my car?

I am not happy with your services at all. When I came to pick up vehicle, it still showed warning lights for my tire. Not sure if their technician is doing their jobs. Really disappointed and not planning to go back.

Rachel was not available when I arrived for my appointment and no one greeted me at my vehicle once I pulled inside the service department. I had to walk in to the parts department to even get assistance while four other service representatives sat in their seats looking out the windows. This is not the quality of service that I expect from Genesis and it was disappointing to experience. I would have walked out had it not been for Melissa.
I will give Melissa credit and positive feedback for assisting me once she was advised that I required help. She was very professional and proficient..I observed her practically running the area herself while everyone else wondered about the area. Being a service manager myself, I would definitely recommend her for some form of acknowledgment or award.

Service experience was excellent!
My only complaint would be the lack of communication! It would be nice if someone could call me with updates regarding my vehicle instead of me consistently calling.
