Inspection report wasn’t accurate. Jonathan tells me that I need engine and cabin air filters but report shows green? Last yrs report showed that brake pads were needing replacement soon but this yrs report showed nothing? When searching for last yrs report in your system nothing came up? Not exactly a warm and fuzzy feeling on. What’s being inspected… Jonathan was very helpful and resolved the issues except for last year‘s report not available

I like Oscar he was very professional and very knowledgeable. He’s a man of his word. He explains to me very clearly and in layman terms what’s happening with my car and when I have questions about the mechanics of my vehicle, he answers them for me without hesitation I’m glad he is my service representative

Anthony was the most amazing service advisor I’ve had as a Genesis owner yet. He was super helpful, always kept me up to date on the status of my car. I had to leave my car for 2 days due to a recall and he made sure to call me every day with an update. Offered the best customer service experience and will definitely be making the 1 hour drive to Corona just to service my vehicle here with Anthony.
