I’m not happy with service. The car issue was not solved and while the car was in service, I didn’t not receive updates. Towards the end, I got a text that my vehicle was ready for pick, and I was confused since I hadn’t heard from the technician yet. Eventually the technician called and left a message that the car was ready for pick up. I had to call and asked if they solve the problem. The service definitely needs to improve. I’m very dissatisfied with service.

The back seat was all torn up when we got the car delivered. Also, the recall on the battery losing power and thus forcing the car into limp mode was also not addressed.
