I feel Melissa was condescending when she called to confirm the appointment. She said I was to deliver the at 8 am; I told her I had scheduled a valet service. She repeated that I was supposed to bring in the car. I told her I had had major surgery and had scheduled valet service when I received the recall letter and had confirmed it through the Corona dealership. She said she would do a "One time exception".....this was NO EXCEPTION!!!! Someone at the dealership messed up! Yes, I DID have valet service, but I did NOT appreciate the way I was treated........... I do not need a call for this, just do NOT wish to be treated this way again in the future......

Melissa had no idea why my vehicle was there, even though the appointment was initiated by a text from Genesis of Corona. She was getting ready to do my “ last complementary” routine maintenance even though I just had that done 3000 miles ago. Luckily I knew that I gad brought the car in for a recall/software update, otherwise I think I would’ve ended up with an unnecessary oil change and tire rotation.
