I arrived at 9:20am for a 9:30 scheduled service for my vehicle. It was 11:45 am before I was able to leave. That is much to long for a simple service job.

My biggest complaint is the amount of time I have to wait when getting a simple service. It’s just crazy for me to have to block 3 hours of my day for a tire rotation or oil change. Schedule appointments differently or something.

I paid for factory extended warranty but service department wanted me to pay 1000 dollars to change brake fluid change plugs and clean air intake thought warranty would pay for this

All the manager did was to diagnose my cars issues told me he did not parts to fix the problems, charged me over $150 and sent me back home. My vehicle was not cured of any problems my vehicles brought. The manager promised to call me back as soon as yesterday after finding parts to fix vehicle's problems, I left Toyota rabidly prejudiced by the manager who attended to me! Even my family wept when I got home with nothing cured for the $150 Toyota demanded from me! I bought my car from there and serviced there!
