His attention to detail, quality customer service and incredible follow up is the best in the business. Outside of our Toyota and Lexus vehicles, we also own a Cadillac Escalade and mercedes Benz. I was satisfied with Chuck’s service, but I wasn’t satisfied with the length of time I was there. I got there at 1:20pm for my 1:30pm appointment and didn’t leave until approximately 5:15pm (I may have been the last customer there). And, if you keep records of time in and time out, I think my last appointment there was almost a repeat for the time that I had to wait.
