David was amazing. I had car issues and wasn’t able to pay for the services I needed. He walked me through sunbit helped me get what I needed and got me the easiest plan for my budget. Beyond thankful. Not to mention, friendly and very professional.
Ryan was great. He clearly explained everything happening with my truck in understandable detail.
Steve is always great but I had to wait over 2 hours to get a tire plugged. That is not Steve fault.

The only issue I had was when checking out. The young lady gave me a a paper to sign before anyone came to explain everything that was done to my vehicle. She told him we were checking out I guess because she picked up the phone. So my husband and I waited a few mins to see if he was coming. So I asked her like hey is someone coming to speak to us about my vehicle and she motioned to the guy around the counter with the blue shirt on now he’s just sitting there on his phone from what I saw. He’s sitting right there you can go talk to him about the report. Now the couple prior to me checking out had a total different experience. The guy explained the report and everything. So I was a little confused on why I needed to go hunt someone down to explain to me what the report said when we’re the one paying for the service then being asked to sign the paperwork prior to it never being explained. I’m not a mechanic. So I come to where I feel like I would receive the best service and yet no one was willing to explain what took place unless I had to go find someone. That was definitely disappointing. I literally paid $162 and no one was willing to explain the report.
Steve was great … helped me to understand the need for my spark plugs to be changed as recommended by Toyota and is noted in the owners manual. I couldn’t afford this recommendation today,but will work it into my budget within next few weeks. Great experience today!And the coffee bar was fantastic and delicious!

This is after the fact but I heard you offer a veteran discount. If this is correct I would like to know about it on my next visit. Would have been nice to have known about it on my last visit.
