Guys minivan 2023 want me to buy it after three months the air condition they stopped in Oka working every two week three week I see stop last week. I going to Birmingham it was hot day I’m driving in the highway. Air condition is not working. I open the windows that’s **** up. You’ll have to help me with the air condition if they’re not change my minivan or help me please

Every person I directly encountered was nice. My complaint is having to wait 2hr and 15min FOR A TIRE ROTATION ONLY just to keep my warranty up to date! What was the point of making an 11am appointment? We have traded with Tuscaloosa Toyota since 2021. The service department hasn’t been great since the beginning. This is definitely not my first bad experience either. I felt my wife has been tried to upcharge before she is female. When I called service manager, he told me to come next time and see his multi-million,state of art drive thru diagnostics machine. How ironic that is was down next time we went in. I’m not mad, but I do hope this “comment” actually helps the service at Tuscaloosa Toyota.
Bad social skills (not greeting you, continued typing on the computer instead of listening and making eye contact). Didn’t listen to what I asked for resulting in a 2 services not being done that i wanted done). I’d like to use someone else next time. If Steve Woods or Chuck is an option that’d be great, but they may have moved up the chain of command by now.
1 hour and 50 minutes for a oil change with an appointment
