The young man who worked on my brought the paperwork to me and explained everything they did. He was very thorough! Chuck gave me the information I had asked and provided me assurance everything would get addressed.

I went to have my tires rotated Saturday and am almost certain they were not. Came back today again with an appointment and had to wait just for them to say the tires were fine. I insisted we still rotate them because the front tires were significantly more worn than the rears and I want them to wear evenly. I wouldn’t be so upset if this was the first time but we had to replace the last set of tires far before the rated miles because the front were significantly worn to the point that it was obvious they were not rotated even thought I came to the dealership every 5000 miles for service. We have been loyal to you guys and would hate to see you stop having the excellent service you used to have. If there is any more details you would like or questions we’d be happy to cooperate!
Service advisor was great. My problem was after the car was ready, seat, steering wheel and mirrors were all reset. I see no need to change my seats for the few feet it was driven.
