My appointment were at 10am.for oil change it took almost 3 hours wasnt satisfied at all then they had charge me for windshield fluid and they didnt even put any wiper.fluid in there

As always Chuck Sansing took excellent care of my truck. My only issue is with how long it took to complete my service. I had an 11 AM appointment for a 105K service and it was not completed until after 3 PM. The inspection was not even done until 12:30 PM. Other customers arrived after me and left way before me. It should not have taken this long to do the service that my truck needed.
Kaleb was fantastic! Took time to explain and discuss the process from beginning to end! He is a phenomenal representative for the Toyota community.
However, if we are to keep the standards high. The individual who drove my truck adjusted my seat and left it. I get in and it’s not even close to how I had it. I don’t have memory seats so I still don’t have it where I like it. One of the most irritating and unprofessional decision on his part
