David went above and beyond from having my car serviced on Thursday to me having to have towed back to y’all on Friday due to an issue that was left undone the day before David got it checked out immediately on Friday and I was out in an hour and 15 minutes after spending 31/2 hours there on Thursday.

Further damage was done to my truck during the installation of a new drivers seat frame. My truck is a 2025 Tacoma off road and the plastic along the bottom of the seat was damaged and cracked during frame installation.

I waited for two and half hours to receive notice that my car was ready. It took them an hour and a half to do the inspection before they did my oil change that I booked the appointment for.
