i was told it would be 1.5 hours for an oil
change and to put air in my tires and i waited 4 hours and 15 minutes.
This was my 2nd time having TJ Cole as my service advisor. I had to get up myself to check on my vehicle because of the long wait to find my car sitting, ready to go. Exact same incident happened in April. Today I never received any updates from the automated text system. Tj never spoke with me about my inspection today nor in April. I spoke with the service director today regarding this incident and I don’t think I will have any more issues. Thank you.

Despite necessary parts not immediately available through Toyota, Chuck found a condenser through local channels... and I was able to pick my truck up 24hr earlier than expected.
