Kaleb was so kind and thoughtful! He got my walker out and brought it to me and then pulled my car up close and got my walker and put it back in the car for me when it was time to leave. He was just so patient and polite!!!

We normally have a good experience, but we were lied to about our tread depth and it was put on our official documentation which is very unethical. Our service tech was also the rudest tech we have ever had

I just had filled my windshield wiper fluid a few days ago and you all charge me $6.50 today and I know it didn't need wiper fluid and I didn't like that at all,,I'll do my own wiper fluid from now on

I paid to have my engine air filter replaced and was charged for wiper fluids, but the filter was left completely out of my vehicle and there were no wiper fluids in the reservoir.

Chad has always been very kind to us and our daughter. He kept both of us informed of the timeline for her vehicle and what our options might be. The only issue I have is id appreciate it if whomever is taking your car could give you an up front estimate on prices for services. I find it aggrivating that I have to implore multiple times whether by phone, or by asking an associate repeatedly for prices. They like to dance around it or cut you off before you can ask. Some of us are on a very tight budget and its better to know up front what everything will cost in advance so you might prepare. I only wish I could trust them to not overcharge for additional "uneccesary" services if I were to ever drop my car off. This has happened to many of my own family members who book drop off services only to find extra charges for services that could've waited till next time. Other than that, everything else is positive.
