Chad has always been very kind to us and our daughter. He kept both of us informed of the timeline for her vehicle and what our options might be. The only issue I have is id appreciate it if whomever is taking your car could give you an up front estimate on prices for services. I find it aggrivating that I have to implore multiple times whether by phone, or by asking an associate repeatedly for prices. They like to dance around it or cut you off before you can ask. Some of us are on a very tight budget and its better to know up front what everything will cost in advance so you might prepare. I only wish I could trust them to not overcharge for additional "uneccesary" services if I were to ever drop my car off. This has happened to many of my own family members who book drop off services only to find extra charges for services that could've waited till next time. Other than that, everything else is positive.

Requested rear wiper blade replacement, it wasn’t replaced. I responded to the text that was sent only for him to tell me he doesn’t read those. Steve was not very friendly and his tone was extremely unwelcoming. In the future if he’s offered as my service tech I’ll be sure to request someone else. Please work with him on his attentiveness as well as his customer service. Have a nice day.

Overall, the actual service was great and the employees were friendly and professional. My only negative is the time it took between my appointment and my service. My appointment was at 8:30, but I didn’t get the information from my inspection for approval until 11:10. Once it was approved, the work was completed quickly. I totally understand that reviewing potential issues takes time, but I wouldn’t anticipate 2 and a half hours before the initial inspection is completed.
