Kaleb was so friendly and greeted me as I pulled up. I didn’t have an appointment but he assured me that it was okay and they would get me taken care of that day! The wait time ended up being the same as that of the time I did have an appointment. Kaleb came to the waiting area and checked in with me several times. He kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. People like Kaleb are the reason I will continue to use Tuscaloosa Toyota!

Kaleb was so kind and thoughtful! He got my walker out and brought it to me and then pulled my car up close and got my walker and put it back in the car for me when it was time to leave. He was just so patient and polite!!!

We normally have a good experience, but we were lied to about our tread depth and it was put on our official documentation which is very unethical. Our service tech was also the rudest tech we have ever had

I just had filled my windshield wiper fluid a few days ago and you all charge me $6.50 today and I know it didn't need wiper fluid and I didn't like that at all,,I'll do my own wiper fluid from now on

I paid to have my engine air filter replaced and was charged for wiper fluids, but the filter was left completely out of my vehicle and there were no wiper fluids in the reservoir.
