Excellent job by Steve , spent many hours to benefit me as a customer because of a warranty issue the was resolved in my favor as it should have been. But had it not been for Steve Woods, it would have stretched into more than one day. But because he made sure all the protocol was followed and forms completed it was resolved in three to four hours. I was ther about eight hours trying to service two family Toyota vehicles. I have never had a problem with Steve Woods and arrange my Schedule to make sure he is my service advisor . I have had some difficulty with other advisors.

The staff are so nice and friendly always asking if everything going well. And always speaking to everyone about their visit and wait. Garrett Colburn is outstanding he explains the details of the scope of service. Toyota is my only choice for a vehicle. So you have a client for a long time. Thank You.
