It was absolutely ridiculous. We had an appointment at 9:30 and at 12 I finally told them to get my car we were leaving and nothing was done to our vehicle at all !! And we were there for a simple tire rotation!! Do better

Dustin did not call me back to discuss my issue with the A/C. They did not verify with Toyota whether or not there is a recall on this vehicle. The service was awful. I was lied to about the issue and there was not solution offered.

Jeremy is fantastic and such a pleasure to work with. He always returns my calls in a timely manner, follows up when he says he will, thoroughly answers my questions, and is very kind and professional.
