Chuck Sansing was very professional and Kind.I walk with a cane and he made sure I was safe .I did not have an appointment but he worked me in and I was out in just an hour.I really do Love Tuscaloosa Toyota!I still have my 1986 Toyota SR5 pickup!

I had not been to the service department in a while because I upgraded vehicles. The service person that worked with me today was top notch. He friendly and knowledgeable.I appreciate that he explained what was done and assured he didn’t find any issues and my SUV was fine. He seems to be a great asset to your company. My only issue was the video I received from the service technician. It was hard to hear what was said due to the background noise. Perhaps the use of a microphone will help alleviate this issue.
