Mr Elmore was a very nice man. He done a good job taking care of me. Though in the back MAY have rotated my tires, I requested to Please have the air checked in all 4
Mr Elmore wrote it up I believe but I don’t think the men in the back checked the air pressure in all 4 tires nor did they put air in my tires that I could tell . I do not no of a full service station in my area. There have been Shootings in Tuscaloosa it’s bad enough to HAVE TO STOP FOR GAS at the station.

Chad is a blessing to us. I appreciate you all for taking care of mine and my Daughters cars. Chad is very kind and attentive. Jeff and Shawn stopped by to check on us today too, as they both knew my late Husband. They both know that I am terrified of something happening to our cars and that my Daughter and I don’t know how to fix anything if something goes wrong. Jeff came to my car last year when I pulled up to pickup my new Highlander that my Husband bought for me about a month before he died and said “Don’t worry about your cars, we will take care of that.” I can’t tell you how much that meant to me.
Just a little history…. Shawn sold us my 2005 Sienna and I drove it for 17 years ( I LOVED THAT VAN), Jeff sold us our Daughters 4-Runner and Taylor P. sold my Husband my Highlander in April, about a month before he died. Shawn called his cell phone about 2 hours after I got home from the hospital the day Michael died to let him know the Highlander had come in. He gave me a few weeks to get some things settled and then I came to pick it up.
So all that to say, your dealership and service means much more to me than you know!
