Nothing against Mr. Woods. I have a roaring/vibration at 70mph on my 2021 Tacoma. I requested balancing tires and it was performed. Tech stated that the tires “cupping” could be the cause, but no one is certain what is causing it. I feel like I can’t throw hundreds of dollars away at each visit just to try to figure out the problem. If would be nice if someone offered to troubleshoot the problem. Is it a wheel bearing? Let’s check. Could it be an unbalance drive shaft? Let’s check. That didn’t happen. This is my 4th vehicle I’ve purchased from Tuscaloosa Toyota n the last 20 years. Mg loyalty should count for a bit more effort. Again, I don’t want anyone to be in trouble. That’s not my goal. I just want it fixed or tell me the roar is not a safety issue. That roar isn’t normal. Especially after having the tires balanced and rotated. Even had ghe alignment adjusted.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received!
This was my first service appt (5000 mi). I was satisfied with the service, but I can’t say “completely”. I picked the first afternoon appt assuming y’all would not be behind. I had to wait a bit longer than I had expected. I did receive an apology, so that was nice.
