The service area is filled with a highly competent staff and technicians. The extended warranty service is not worth the paper it is printed on. Tire rotation a little late causes a water pump claim to be denied. Get real people, I want to get the most out of my tires than anyone else. Late oil change is another reason to deny water pump replacement. I have been using 20000 mile Mobil 1 during my ownership. Of course changed every 5000 , with tires rotated. Stop promising Life Time Warranty. How many times did I see desantis say that on TV and radio? Got to warn my daughter about a warranty they are considering buying from y’all!

I was satisfied with my service. I realize it was crowded in the afternoon, but I thought 3 1/2 hours was a little much for my oil change and battery replacement.

Although my wait time was long due to add on services, Jeremy explained my Highlanders needed services in a courteous, non pushy manner. He apologized for my wait time and got me out the door as soon as my car was ready.

Part for recall not available for installation, on back order, notified of same after leaving vehicle at service center. Will need to take vehicle back when parts are available, paperwork for recall was kept by service advisor.
