I took my 2024 Highlander in for tire rotation and an oil change and I was there for 3 hours. I did talk to the service manger after check out and he said that they had implemented a new computer program, and that could be the reason for the wait. Jeff did not come out and give me any updates for my car, as I saw others come and go.
Knowledgeable, very polite and not pushy. Feel confident with Chuck advising me about the service of my Toyota- he has advised me for years. We are a Toyota family - own four!
I will keep buying Toyotas, keep only using you for service, and keep referring people to you if you keep men like Steve working in the service department. He is definitely the go-to guy for me. I also trust and appreciate Chuck in the service dept.

I told my service technician that the passenger side washer nozel (or whatever it is called)was not spraying fluid on the windshield. On my way home from picking my car up I found out is still not working…. Nothing was discussed with me as to why it was not fixed or what is wrong with it. I am very disappointed…..
