First of all, Brandon did a good job. I have only one complaint. I would have preferred to be told the cost of the UBER inspection, $200, before it was done. If I had known it was that much, I never would have agreed to it. Other places in town they are $25 to $50. Do you know how long it takes an Uber driver to make $200? 8 to 10 hours on a good day, especially this time of year. Then they failed the inspection because of dry rot on tires you sold me barely 4 years ago. This was your second chance. You won’t get another one.

I had an apt for a recall. After I got there I was told parts are on back order. TJ was excellent but the person making the reservation could have saved me 4 hours of drive time if they had followed up prior to my arrival.

I spent $2500 to repair a vibration that I still have. Your technicians don’t know why I vibration and are guessing or are only doing what a computer tells them what to do. Because of this I will no longer bring my vehicle to y’all. I’m extremely disappointed in service I received. I feel as though I have ripped off.

Steve Woods and the rest of the staff are informative with work on my vehicle. This is the reason I always bring my 4-Runner back to Tuscaloosa Toyota for all my vehicles needs and for repairs. To the staff of Tuscaloosa Toyota, great job!

Realized once I made it home that I did not have my wiper blades replaced as requested. I checked the receipt and I didn't see it on there. Just a little annoyed that I have to make another stop to get the blades. Otherwise no other complaints. The service representative called and informed me of what my car needed. No complaints.
