Jeremy is awesome, he has always been very professional and well spoken, he knows his job well and gets the job done. I have been using Toyota Service for years and still driving my 2004 Camry. I always ask for Jeramy, he goes over and about with his job.

We have never had this happen before. But, there were several steps to finish servicing left undone. I had to return to dealer to get them fixed. Steve apologized and y’all took care of everything. However, my husband feels we should he given that service appointment back to our plan.
